Salmon for 15 minutes



Ingredients:
  • Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 tea spoon of salt
  • 1/3 tea spoon ground black pepper
  • 4 table spoons of olive oil


Cut the fish into bigger slices. Season the tops very liberally with salt and pepper



pour 2 table spoons of olive oil into a heated pan

When the pan is hot, place the Salmon fillets seasoning-sides down in the pan and cook over medium heat without moving them for 5 minutes

pressing lightly

Turn the fillets and  cook another 5 minutes.


Serve hot
